At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.

Note: Please take a video while opening the product as a proof for the eligibility of refund.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition of the Product:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Products that show signs of use, washing, or tampering will not be accepted.

Timeframe:

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Proof of Issue:

• Claims must be supported with clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item).

Exclusions:

• Final sale items, including discounted products, collaborations, and limited drops, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

a. Damaged on Delivery:

If your product arrives damaged:

• Report the issue through our Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

• Attach photos or videos clearly showing the damage.

• Upon approval, you can choose between:

• An exchange for the same product or refund. 

b. Incorrect Product Received:

If the product you received differs from your order:

• Report the issue through our Email or whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide photographic proof of the incorrect item in whatapp or email.

• Upon verification, we will:

• Arrange for an exchange for the correct product.

• Refund will be provided if the correct product is unavailable.

c. Fit Issues (Exchanges Only):

If the size or fit doesn’t meet your expectations:

• You may request an exchange for a different size within 5 days of delivery.

• The product must meet the original condition criteria (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).

• Once the request is approved, allow 5-10 Business days for the new size to be shipped.

d. Manufacturing Defects:

If you identify a manufacturing defect:

• Report it within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect.

• Upon approval, you can opt for:

• An exchange for the same product.

• Refund will be provided if the product is unavailable.
